If an item arrives visibly damaged, please let us know within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

  • Standard UK delivery usually takes up to 5 working days.

  • We currently ship to UK addresses only.

  • For overseas delivery, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and postage costs.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges.

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs authorities.

Local Collection

  • Collection from our Arundel premises may be arranged by prior agreement.
